As Airways reset our company strategy post COVID-19, we recognised there was a need for greater diversity in our business if we were to achieve our strategic objectives.  To achieve this we needed to ensure our current employees felt safe to be their whole self at work and that we were demonstrating our commitment to diversity to potential talent. Building diversity, equity and inclusion was built into our ten year strategy to ensure focus and resources were committed to building the diversity and inclusivity of our workplace.
