She is a lifelong student of low-ego leadership and how this superpower changes lives. Helen is a fitness and health enthusiast, high-adrenaline sports junkie and neuroscience nerd. She and her husband continue to raise two incredible young adults who remind her daily of the brilliance, beauty and fragility of humans and the glorious potential of our digital, AI-powered world.
