About Lauren
A passionate advocate of employee experience design, Lauren currently leads the centre of expertise teams at Contact Energy. Covering everything from talent acquisition, L&D, OD, employee engagement, early careers programmes, talent to D,E&I. Having previously worked in Vodafone New Zealand Lauren moved to the UK in 2015 where she spent 5 years in Vodafone’s Global Head Office supporting 20+ markets across multiple disciplines. Having returned to Aotearoa in 2020 she’ll be sharing her thoughts on building a culture of continuous development.
