Shaping Culture from Within; DEI – A Lever for Culture Change

As Airways reset their strategy post COVID-19, they recognised there was a need for greater diversity in their business if they were to achieve their strategic objectives. To achieve this Airways needed to ensure their current employees felt safe to be their whole self at work, and the organisation was demonstrating their commitment to diversity to potential talent.
