About Philippe

Philippe Lemonnier, leadership specialist, is a Senior Learning and Organisational Development Advisor for Fisher&Paykel Healthcare since April 2024. Prior to that he served as a Senior Leadership Education and Development Specialist for the East-West Center in Hawaii, designing, delivering and coordinating Leadership programs for the Asia Pacific. He’s also the founder of Pacific Ventury Corporation a Tahiti-based company helping individuals and organizations better understand the world, humanity and tomorrow. He is known as a “disruptive tutor” in the Asia-Pacific region with extensive experience in human development, human innovation and leadership.

Philippe has helped many companies, public institutions, non profits and executives to develop their strategies in an innovative and adaptive way with a strong focus on Empathic and contextual Leadership. Keynote speaker, he has been a long time mentor for the PRISM Incubator in Tahiti, sat on the board of directors of FrenchTech Polynesia and is a member of the Island Innovation network and the TED community
