About Sharne

Sharne is a consultant, coach, facilitator and executive-level leader based in Wellington, NZ. With close to 20 years’ experience in the people, development and learning space, she brings a high-energy yet down-to-earth approach to all that she does, along with a good dose of humour.

After spending the bulk of her career in large organisations, Sharne now spends her time across two of her own businesses:

  1. As the co-founder of Adeptus Leaders she works with businesses to unlock innovation, inclusion and leadership capability
  2. As a fractional Chief People Officer she supports start-up and scaling businesses.

Outside of work Sharne is an avid traveler, keen foodie, rugby fan, and mum of two.
