She excels at aligning capability development initiatives with core business objectives while maintaining a keen focus on cultural evolution and change leadership. With extensive expertise in organisational behaviour and best practices, Shyamini develops innovative, human-centred programs empowering employees. A passionate advocate for diversity, inclusion, and belonging, she integrates these principles into all her work, driving robust leadership development at Tegel. Known for her calm, confident demeanour, Shyamini is a reflective thinker and strong communicator. Her passion for continuous learning drives her to constantly ask questions and seek new knowledge. She is currently pursuing a Master of Change and Organisational Resilience, furthering her ability to help organisations develop resilient, future-ready leaders. Outside of her professional life, Shyamini expresses her creativity through cooking and creating special occasion cakes for family and friends.
